SATT NATURALS SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at sattnaturalsindia.com. Following are the terms of which our subscription policy is constituted. 

The process of Shipment

Our orders are shipped with 2-3 days of the order. So, whenever one subscribes for a product under any of either subscription, their first order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of their subscription date. For the remaining months of the subscription, the products will promptly be dispatched on the 1st of the month. 

Pricing policy

When you subscribe for either of the 3 months or 6 months subscription, you will have to pay the complete amount for your products during your first order. This means that the amount for all the products included in the subscription will have to be paid at once. 

In the case that the ‘Pay on Delivery’ option is chosen, you will have to pay for all the products in your subscription when the first instalment of the order is delivered to you. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription period. But do keep in mind that we will only refund 50% of the amount of the products yet to be delivered for the subscription.

 In case you cancel the subscription after the first instalment is delivered to you, we will refund the 50% of the number of products yet to be delivered to you, which you paid for during subscription.
